The Anchorage Health Literacy Collaborative
What is TAHLC?
Founded in 2007, The Anchorage Health Literacy Collaborative (TAHLC) is a partnership of private, pubic, and nonprofit organizations to advance the health literacy of the community. It is currently co-led by the Alaska Literacy Program and Alaska Primary Care Association.
The goal of TAHLC is to improve health literacy in underserved populations by building partnerships across the community among the private, public, and nonprofit sectors to provide opportunities that address wellness and quality of life for all residents. Learn more about TAHLC.

TAHLC Partners
We are continually looking for additional partners to join our award-winning program. TAHLC is an affiliate member of the National Network of Libraries of Medicine. TAHLC is mentioned in several of the articles shared on the About PLNs page.

Join TAHLC!
Even though "Anchorage" is in the name, TAHLC is open to statewide organizations! TAHLC meetings are held on Zoom.
